Annual Meeting Info

THE NEXT ANNUAL MEETING OF OUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION WILL BE HELD POOLSIDE, AT AVENIDA HERMOSA, ON SUNDAY, FEB. [date is TBD] at 1PM, 2026.

Our annual meeting is always held on a Sunday in February, at 1pm. Owners are asked to please bring their own chair and drink. Pizza and salad will follow the meeting. Please make every effort to attend so that we can meet the necessary quorum (and avoid rescheduling).
